Aaron James Design was founded in 2015 by Jovonna Davis-Rogers who began her professional experience as the lead project manager for a high-end firm located in Chicago's design hub, the Merchandise Mart. Specializing in kitchen and bath design, she diligently engineered custom kitchens and bathrooms for her clients within a number of high-rise developments across the Chicagoland area. After several years with the company, she moved on to another position with a luxury development company where she applied various aspects of design and construction to newly built single-family homes and condos. Utilizing her diverse experience in new developments and renovations, Jovonna now offers full design while representing various brands.
Aaron James Design was founded on the belief that great design should be accessible, intuitive, and deeply personal. As a seasoned designer with roots across the Chicagoland area, Jovonna leads Aaron James Design offering a wealth of experience in multi-unit developments, single-family renovations, and FF&E strategy. AJD prides itself on clear communication, professional integrity, and a passion for creating spaces that resonate.
